Andy Tope
Andy is a freelance writer and photographer based in Byron Bay.
Taken by wanderlust early on, Andy travelled extensively throughout Australia, Central and South America, and Asia. His fascination for other cultures lead him toward Mexico City, where he lived whilst studying Anthropology.
Prior to his overseas travels, Andy completed a cheffing apprenticeship and a certificate in photography, before eventually returning to Australia to obtain a BSc/BA from Macquarie University, and a certificate in Feature Writing for Magazines and Newspapers with the Sydney Writers Centre. He also recently completed Secrets of Writing High Performance B2B Copy through the American Writer & Artists Inc (AWAI).
Andy has written and photographed freelance travel and food articles for various publications such as Outback Magazine and On The Road. He also writes a news blog, and is an avid reader and eater. He is currently available for projects specialising in copywriting, travel, food and SEO at Andy Tope.
